Scope of work
The Boustead facility at 36 Tuas Road is an industrial-grade rooftop install in Singapore’s western industrial belt. The metal-deck roof span required a mounting system engineered for both wind uplift on the Tuas coastline and the long unbroken roof bays typical of warehouse construction.
SPAX scope: structural review of the existing roof, layout of mounting brackets and rails per the EPC’s PV string design, installation of the SPEED-BAPV system, and clean handover to the EPC for module install and grid commissioning. The golden-hour skyline shot you see across this site was captured during the post-commissioning walkthrough.
