SPAX installs the structure that holds the modules, rooftop BAPV, ground-mount racking, carport canopies, and the steelwork that wraps them. EPC-led, SPAX-installed. Singapore-licensed (BCA ME3 Solar Workhead Level 1), bizSAFE 3 certified.
What we install
Rooftop BAPV
SPEED-BAPV mounting on metal-deck and concrete roofs. Z-purlin layout, click-lock rail, ballast options, Singapore wind & uplift ratings. The headline product behind our rooftop project portfolio.
Ground-Mount Racking
Pile-driven racking for utility-scale ground arrays. Pile install, galvanised purlin, cable-tray prep. Built to the EPC’s structural design, handed back ready for module install.
Carport & Canopy
Carport BAPV and canopy structural steel. Column erection, roof framing, waterproofing prep. Recent work includes carport canopies for institutional and F&B sites.
General Steelwork
Light-industrial and solar-adjacent steel: cable-tray gantries, roof access frames, plant platforms. Tradesmen on tools, supervised by site leads with bizSAFE certification.

We make sure they last.
Singapore’s commercial solar pipeline runs on Tier-1 panels from global manufacturers. SPAX’s job starts when those panels arrive on site, with the mounting structure engineered to hold them through 25 years of tropics-grade weather.
The panels we mount
Inside every panel,
5 stacked layers.
Tempered glass · EVA film · Silicon cells · EVA film · Backsheet. Each panel weighs around 20 kg and must survive 25 years of Singapore weather. The mounting structure has to be just as durable.
Where SPAX scope starts
Drawings in. Structure up.
When the EPC hands over signed-off shop drawings, SPAX takes over. Brackets, rails, click-lock, ballast , installed to spec, torqued, snag-walked, handed back ready for modules.
